These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LandFast regarding the use of our website, apps, and related features.
If you use LandFast on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all LandFast features, including resume tools, cover letters, job tracking, automations, and AI-enabled functionality.
By accessing or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies posted on the platform.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and meet the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
You may not use LandFast if you are legally prohibited from doing so, if your account was previously suspended for serious violations, or if your use violates applicable law.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and signing out from shared devices.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by third parties using your credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
LandFast provides software to support job-search workflows and professional productivity. The Service includes technical tools, templates, recommendations, and automated flows.
We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or legal/employment advisor. Use of the Service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate (for example, resumes, cover letters, professional data, and notes). You must have the rights required to use that content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, adapt, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, improve, and protect the Service.
AI features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated outputs. Outputs are provided as assistance and do not replace your professional judgment.
You must review and validate all AI-generated content before using or sharing it. You are solely responsible for decisions, applications, and communications sent to third parties.
The Service may integrate with or display third-party content (for example, payment processors, AI providers, external job listings, or links to other sites).
We do not control or guarantee third-party availability, accuracy, or policies. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and policies.
You must use LandFast lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with these Terms.
Without limiting other restrictions, you may not:
Paid plans are billed in advance on the selected cycle and renew automatically until canceled. Charges may include applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.
We may update prices or plan features with reasonable prior notice. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel before your next renewal.
If you have not landed an interview while using LandFast+, email contact@landfast.app from your account email within 30 days of your first paid charge to request a full refund of that charge. Except for this guarantee or where required by law, payments are final and non-refundable, including partial subscription periods and renewal charges.
If you initiate an improper or fraudulent chargeback, we may suspend your account and recover related costs to the extent permitted by law.
Some features are subject to usage limits, monthly quotas, credits, or device/plan caps. These limits are part of the Service and may change to protect stability and costs.
Unused allowances may expire at the end of the applicable period unless expressly stated otherwise. Abuse may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
LandFast, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, databases, and related content, is owned by LandFast or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. No implied rights or ownership transfers are granted.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without restriction to develop, modify, or commercialize Service features.
We are not required to compensate you for feedback unless expressly agreed in writing.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described there.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload personal data of third parties and for meeting any notice and consent obligations required by applicable law.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system is completely secure or immune to incidents.
During security events, we may take urgent protective measures, including preventive feature suspension, credential rotation, and additional verification requirements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features temporarily or permanently for technical, security, regulatory, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Beta or experimental features are provided without additional warranties and may change without notice.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we detect violations of these Terms, security risks, abusive behavior, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. Termination does not remove outstanding obligations, including payment duties, granted licenses, and clauses that survive by nature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LandFast, its affiliates, and team from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
This obligation includes reasonable defense costs, professional fees, and damages arising from third-party claims related to your content or conduct.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee job outcomes, hiring decisions, absolute accuracy of external data, or complete absence of errors, interruptions, or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandFast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities.
In all cases, LandFast's total aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to LandFast in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws based on your place of residence and any mandatory legal requirements, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent permitted.
Before starting formal proceedings, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days from written notice of the issue.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, product, or operational changes. We will post the current version on this page with its effective date.
If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
